‘Coming out’ can be traumatic ordeal for many homosexual and bisexual people. Nevertheless, the vast majority of gay people say that being honest with yourself, and being open about your sexuality, is always better in the long run.
Thankfully London is a diverse city with a thriving LGBT community and plenty of places where you can meet and get support from individuals who’ve gone through exactly the same thing. Remember it’s important to stay true to your feelings.
