LGBT Employment Issues

Discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation in employment has been illegal in the UK since 2003. The Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 introduced in December 2003 mean that lesbians, gay men and bisexuals can at last take action if they are the victim of harassment or discrimination at work.
